Minecraft PC Java 1.13 and 1.12 PLZ?

Really looking for 1.13 mainly but no mod loaders are 1.13 compatible yet :(

mainly looking

infinite health, hunger, and Air (Breathing underwater)

No Fall Damage

Invincibility (can't be hit)

maybe a way to spawn an infinite spawning mob spawner, or a way to make one?

idk mob spawn rate increase or decrease

a way to mod weapons & armor, incease damage and put any or all enchantments on weapons and armor

Been looking and can't seem to find them where could i get these commands, some sites are false haven't found a true one yet
