+ Coal burn efficiency, distance range per travel can be extended;
- DISABLE Unittest Assertion, the game has kind of unittesting, may be act as anti-cheating, this disable the assertion function; (not sure it is effective, just in case)
- Goods Selling Factor x10, multiply the selling price by a factor;
- player group time scale x8 + hp regen, however the speed is limited by animation speed'
- carriage time scale x8 + hp regen, ditto
