It looks like you attached CE after you suspended helldivers2.exe. You need to attach CE and select helldivers2.exe in the processes tab as soon as you have launched the game. When the address 180000000 in the memory viewer changes, then you suspend and tick the cheats in your CE

How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
I love how this thread is going, i just can imagine the devs checking this thread, patching stuff and laughing with all this drama. Now i understand why gir is "gatekeeping" stuff or simply took a break from Fearless.
It's not even a matter of "negativity", some people just haven't realized the second they post stuff, hours later it's patched, it's an endless cat 'n' mouse game but anyway, thank you for making these devs laugh a bit while they patch stuff.

JUST WANT TO SAY THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL THE HELP YOU GUYS DID! I was previously using CH trainer and once i heard they gonna retire this trainer i was really sad but then i found you guys and everything works like a charm and the videos with steps helped a lot so thank you all!

how do you get cheat engine to auto detect helldivers i followed the video but when i launch helldivers my cheat engine doesnt auto detect helldivers so when i launch helldivers my address doesn't change at all it stays at ??? and the address never changes i even typed helldivers in the process list i have to manually select helldivers so the address can change it doesn't do it automatically

On your CE go to "edit" at the top left, then click "settings" and go to the "general settings" tab at the very top left. Then you can enter helldivers2.exe into "automatically attach to process names:
