Bastion [AOB] +4 (Table Update5)

UPDATE1:
- added checking for Undead and Inf. Health to avoid immortal enemies.

UPDATE2:
- Undead and Inf. Health worked only when the Kid are taking damage by walking to the thorns. now fixed by using a different condition check.

UPDATE3:
- added the pointers for Health Tonic and Black Tonic.
- added Inf. Ammo.

UPDATE4:
- added condition check to Inf. Ammo to prevent enemies from having infinite ammo too.
- split the Inf. Ammo into 3 version.

UPDATE5:
- fix the condition check for Inf.Ammo.


Options:
- Inf. Health - Undead - Health still drops but the Kid won't die...
- Inf. Health - Lock always - Health never drops.
- Inf. Ammo V1 - lock Ammo when the weapon is not fully loaded.
- Inf. Ammo V2 - always lock Ammo.
- Inf. Ammo V3 - lock Ammo when only one bullet left.
- Inf. Health Tonic & Inf. Black Tonic
- Get Tonic's Pointer - activate this script and alt-tab back to the game once before you edit the amount of Health Tonic and Black Tonic.

*activate the scripts after a level is loaded.
*you can't activate the scripts inside the Bastion.
*in order to make Undead or Inf. Health work properly, you need only to heal the Kid with a Health Tonic once.
*use only one version of Inf. Health at a time
*use only one version of Inf. Ammo at a time
*you may have to deactivate Inf. Ammo (any version) when using some of the Secret Skills though, for example, Calamity Rockets (Calamity Cannon Skill), as the attack won't stop until you used up all the ammo.

Thanks for the table, but I'm having some trouble. Scripts won't activate no matter what.
I'm using build 1.49930, is it the right one?
