After The Bearer defeated Red Lady, Nameless will finish her (Red Lady), presumably. After that, they are going to fight, The Bearer vs Nameless. The battle will end in tie and the story is going forward. BUT if at this moment you're using Fast Kill cheat, after the little video (Nameless says blabla), The Beaber meets with the Supreme Inquisitor and the game is OVER!!! 
Do not know if we can call that as a "speed run" but it is some of kind.
So, when you're at that moment, uncheck Fast Kill cheat if you want to continue the game.
