i try this but it crash when i press start

I said that you should open it from the main menu, not there. I know that it crashes if you enable it there, that's why I did specify that.

How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Can you make a way to get money because having infinite in-game cash is useless without the money to use it.

Currently I go in and modify the amount of money I spent on a specific tower finding that value using the pop count of a specific tower but I am not able to write a script to do that or find an easier way to add in-game money.

You can just change the match settings to give you more cash at the beginning of the match, or just buy a monkey, upgrade it and then sell it.

But giving cash at the beginning of the match wouldnt work in an online match with my friends. I want a way to get a lot of money to then give them.

Edit : Was actually able to write a script so when you buy an upgrade for a monkey it changes the price the paid for it to 10000 (number changable) meaning that the monkey then sells for 7000 no matter what monkey it is. Also, heros just sell for 7000 when they are bough, might be due to knowledge making them instantly level 3

- Attack Through Everything
Allows all towers to attack through everything. Walls, buildings, etc.

- Place Towers Anywhere
Allows all towers to be placed everywhere.

- Infinite Tier 5 Monkeys
Allows multiple tier 5 monkeys of the same kind.

- Collection Event Cheat
Makes the wood crate have diamond crate rewards, and reduces the cost to 0. Enable the script from the main menu, then get in and out of the event screen. YOU'LL BE STUCK ON THAT SCREEN. So when you're done getting insta monkeys, you'll need to restart the game.
If you need to reduce the cost or get diamond rewards on another crate, you can edit the script and remove the // in front of the line of the desired crate. Like so:

Tried the Cheat table on version 17.1 and everthing works other than the match settings like skip round, double cash etc. Also i'd like to make a request, can you add an insta-win feature if possible? thanks alot for the hard work!

I just updated the table to fix that. And as for insta-win, you can just change the current round to the last one, and enable immunity. So you get to the last round, let the last bloon leak, and you'll be fine and win.
