Out of budget for this game. You can always try speedhack. Give it a slo-mo with speed hack should help a lot. I might try to get the game if it comes up somewhere else.

Thank you for your desire to help. I tried using speedhack but it significantly lowers the gaming experience, without reducing too much the fear of getting hurt or allowing you a high shot intensity.

You can always set several hotkeys for different speed levels. What I like to do for shooter games is one at .25, one at .5 and finally one at 1. .25 for high intensity ones, .5 for medium intensity ones and 1 for "I can handle it" levels. As for lives and whatnot, have you tried looking the numbers up with cheat engine?
This game's predecessor take me way back when I first saw Geri backtracing function video , sadly he was no longer with us and I cannot even thank him for all his work .
As I can't find anywhere the latest version, I only found the one dated back at 2014, so it will do just fine for testing. The game has encryption on the values so you can't just search it normally via cheat engine. Most value you seen on screen is just visual.
After some backtracing, got the health and weapon upgrades. Probably work or not work with latest version but who knows? maybe it can be a reference for anyone that interested.

Thank you very much for sharing! Unfortunately, it seems like it doesn't work with the current steam build version.
Can you maybe share with me the backtracking process you've been through so I'll do the same on the latest Steam version? :3
