Can't find available upgrades in a game!

Sup all, how can i say it, i'm pissed.. broke a nail, rage and all ..i'm a girl by the way, ok, well back to what i want..

DEAD ISLAND, in this game, how in the world, to what god i need to pray to find the address to the SKILLS POINTS (available upgrades ).. tried decrease/increase with all options, by values, tried multiple ways.

Please somebody that knows exactly how, using version 6.8.3 of Cheat Engine by the way.
