Dark Byte's host probably shut him down again for 24 hours. He said his host does that when he gets ddosed.

So far we only know the infringement notice is real. But that does not explain the DDOSing. I really wonder who is behind it as someone already said DDOSing doesn't fit with ESA's modus operandi.

Real? An email or two has no legal effect. No paper with signatures on? There's no proof that such notice ever exists. If DB wants, he can actually dismiss this "notice" altogether with no legal consequence. The only way to demonstrate its authenticity is a proper notice on paper with signatures following the emailed version. Even if it's real DB can contact the client firms (Bethesda,Blizzard, Geartbox etc.) directly and ask if they did give ESA authorization to send this notice/which content on CE table subforum violated their rights. Only the confirmation of both by the client firms themselves necessitate DB's compliance, otherwise he can simply demand ESA withdraw the notice and eat shit if he wants to.

We are under attack by assholes who want to DDoS our website for whatever fucking reason we yet don't know.
It's a troll that going to keep on doing it till DB get off his ass and installed cloudflare onto his forums (pardon my language). Once he done that, we basically have a better protection against DDoS for now.

if the case was ddos, i think that's easy to encounter through the site setting (i've read something like that before) or maybe any ddos protection service like cloudflare, etc..
also i doubt that it's because of ddos. who would ddos cheatengine ??!

you know from similiar site but you must pay to using them
cheat engine over it free so that site not to popular
