Tables works just fine for me, but not for a friend

I'm trying to help him troubleshoot what could be causing the issue, but no dice. Most recent example is with the Prey table; both of us have the Steam version, and I can activate all the options without any trouble, while he can't activate most of them. Both on CE 6.7, neither of us have changed any of the default options for it, but different results.



Does anyone know of any troubleshooting with this, or have an idea of what could cause this? We're lost as to what to do with it.



As a potential side note, he also can't use AutoHotkey scripts. No idea if related, but figured I'd mention it.
