Forum Search Not Working?

When I submit the search term, it opens a Google search page. I think that the forum search works better since we can limit it to a subforum or a specific thread.
Can this feature be reenabled?

It slowed down the forums a lot and were used in DDOS attacks. What are you searching for though? Google search is more focused and brings up relevant posts.

The search is working for me, but when I switch pages, or try to search for something else I get some BS wait time....

Okay try now. Should only show Google search now. Made a few changes
Author search will only bring the first result, further pages require google search (CEF behavior)
Guests can use Google Search (lesson learned, logout and test things instead of assuming it works).

The wait timer seems to have stopped popping up, thanks!

It looks like searching is not searching everything? I have tried to find "soma" several times and nothing. I tried to find "alien" and there are some results. Soma is in singleplayer requests, I just looked that it is still there. So the searching is strange for me.

Is it known why it is ignoring this word? Or we just can't rely on google search and have to search manually if we don't find what we were looking for?

No clue, it is indexed but google doesn't bring the result for some reason.
