Converting Cheat Table GOG to Steam?

I have game that i owned on steam, but i found a the only one table that work, but sadly it's only works on if you have GOG version,
and yes i have the GOG version but cracked/pirated, but the table works, for steam is not work, i already looking for tutorial on youtube or forum but not find anything related to this.
what i can do to make Table for GOG version work on Steam Version?
