Unable to download attachments when not logged in

I cannot download cheat tables and had to create an account just to download. It just states I do not have permission to see attachment.

What is the deal with that?

Unrelated but Soul Reaver, fearlessrevolution.com is the official url (i switched it back within like a day) - it's still accessable from the gg.me domain name but logins don't work properly and you can't register etc.
