FearLess Cheat Engine

Since i am not very acquainted with Cheat Engine, i'd like to ask if there is any way, harder or easier to Permanently change (save online) certain data (in game for example).

It's a game that doesn't require internet connection, however my intention was change certain value, make other players able to see the change as well. The game doesn't have any anti-cheating services and server sided hacks happen commonly there.

Yes people do terrible thing to each other daily, but that doesn't make it OK.

CE as far as I know only works for client side, a.k.a. your computer. So if the data isn't saved on your computer you wouldn't be able to edit it with CE not to mention it's against CE's rules. But then you wouldn't need CE to make a private server with your own rules etc like for a co-op survival game make gather amounts higher or reduce damage disable friendlyfire (I don't know the game so I'm making this all up as I go along).
