The "inf ammo/item" option doesn't take effect when the remaining ammo or item reaches 0. Can you make it take effect even the ammo/item reaches 0? Thanks

Yes, can, but will crash the game in choosing a skin weapon...

Noticed that several options aren't working, including:
Stamina
Inf. Cash
Super Accuracy
Undetected

I tested the trainer.Is work perfectly.Try for each case and the DX12 version.Good luck
