Is there a standalone exe for this trainer like many of the other trainers here or do I have to use FR because I can't get FR to open?

No, we do not supply standalone trainers.

I've enabled the invisible option in the trainer. Is there something that I'm supposed to do elsewhere to get this to work in game? The other cheats seem to work fine.

Is there a way to unlock all overrides right from the start ?
