Okay, console in Ironman and modded achievements are both working.
Civic and Ethos pointers predictably don't, and... the instruction on how to update them works.
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

I don't know what I'm doing wrong. The civic and ethics are simple to update but for the traits points however, for the step when you're supposed to have 6 adresses for the AOB scan, I have 80 of them and get no results when I do the "0; 1; 2;" adresses play.
Can someone bother to give me a hand on this ?
I haven't updated yet, still finishing 3.8.4 save with local mod copies. When I am done, I will update and take a look if anyone else doesn't, but it might take a while.

I actually can't figure out how to save just the modified table, and not include Recifense's
However, for step 10 of the species trait... the find and replace is
<Address>"stellaris.exe"+028907B0</Address>
with
<Address>"stellaris.exe"+0288A090</Address>
I do not try to cheat species traits, I add them later via console if I really want that (which I usually don't)
Actually, I could do that with civic points too, but I'm too lazy to adapt to new ways here.

I cant find the table for that verssion, and sadly i dont know how to use CT just donwload the table and run the cheat... damn i fking donky xd
... I hope one good soul public one new table for this new patch
