Cities: Skylines (2016-12-07)

Simple table for Cities: Skylines, may or may not work. Game generates code at runtime so table has a high chance of not working / detecting the wrong code / crashing.

Fixes / new options request that also provide savegames will have a higher chance of being looked at.

Usage info:
Scripts with "To Activate: XXX" can only be activated (put an "X" into the box) after doing action XXX.
Scripts with "To Update: XXX" will only update their effect after doing action XXX.
Addresses with "XXX?" will enable the script effect XXX when 1 is put into the Value.


V1008
1. Tested game version Natural Disasters V1.60-f4. May work on other versions.


V1007
1. Tested game version Snowfall V1.50-f4. May work on other versions.


V1006
1. Tested game version Snowfall V1.4.1-f2. May work on other versions.
Redownload if Building was crashing.


V1005
1. Tested game version Snowfall V1.3.0-f5. May work on other versions.

2. Building.
"Buffers Set to Massive?" sets Water, Electricity etc buffers to massive. May still need at least one appropriate building to take effect.
"Production Set to Massive?" sets Production to massive.
"Water Pollution Set to 0?" sets Water Pollution to 0.
"Fire Set to 0?" sets Fire to 0.
"Happiness Set to Massive?" sets Happiness to massive.
"Health Set to Massive?" sets Health to massive.
"Education Set to Massive?" sets Education to massive.


V1004
1. Tested game version After Dark V1.2.0-f3. May work on other versions.


V1003
1. Tested game version 1.05 and 1.06b. May work on other versions.

2. CheckMilestoneImpl.
This unlocks all Unique Buildings across all games.

Backup "userGameState.cgs" before doing this!
A. Start a NEW game.
B. Activate "CheckMilestoneImpl Base Address Scan Initialization (Activate This First)".
C. Activate "CheckMilestoneImpl Base Address Scan (To Activate: Play Map, To Update: Play Map)".
D. Enable "Unlock Set to Unlock Value?" by putting a 1 into its value.
E. Wait 10 seconds.
F. Disable "Unlock Set to Unlock Value?" by putting a 0 into its value. Not doing this can cause weird effects on future loaded games.
G. Exit to main menu without saving game.
H. Unique buildings are now unlocked for all other games.

3. EconomyManager.
City Stats renamed to EconomyManager.
To manually change money, multiply by 100 and change this.
"EconomyManager -> m_lastCashAmount"


V1002
1. Population Stats.
"Population Set to Population Value?" sets Population to "Population Value".
This is temporary but will enable the corresponding population unlocks before recalculated / reset by the game.


V1001
1. City Stats.
"Money Set to Money Value?" sets Money to "Money Value".
Fixed negative values.
- Money actually stored as 8 bytes.
- Negative Money affects the upper 4 bytes which V1000 did not change.


V1000
1. City Stats.
"Money Set to 9999999?" sets Money to 9999999.

I'd also like to request an update as it doesnt' seem to work on the latest patch.
