I must be blind, but can anyone show me how to change party member levels? I over leveled too much, game is too easy now.
Use one of tables to set the difficulty to Unknown.

How to use this cheat table?
  1. Install Cheat Engine
  2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
  3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
  4. Keep the list.
  5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

So I went ahead and updated my table. Fixed a lot of things, I also got what I believe to be all the costume titles unlocked, so if you just cared about those and didn't want to have costumes for other characters on, you can just select the costumes option to unlock those. I also tracked down enemies defeated for each character so you can hack fell arm damage. Also added in my cooking EXP script. Note that having it on gives you quick 3 stars, but you need to turn it off and then cook the food again to get it to mastered. I think this is my last work for the game, I can't think of anything else I need. I'll update it when the patch hits, but please don't spam me with "why doesn't this work" when the patch goes out. Will get it done, just don't patch if you don't wanna wait. Enjoy.

@zachillios also you said that you have invented all you could think about to enjoy this game , but never forget about the script to use all the artes freely that Geordan9 created , that script is fundamental as well because it accomplish something that none ever considered possible untill now , to use the mystic and the brust artes freely without any limitation , i hope that you and all the other people in this post are using that script as well , i mean more you will fight against the bosses that can use the mystic artes , more you will notice that those bastards can use them whatever they please , while you can only use them by undergo certain conditions and limitations , and that sucks because it also mean that you can't fight whatever you want , so yeah , this is a little remind from me :D

@zachillios i am testing the latest cheat table you created , for some reasons the costume script don't work for all the characters , for example , rita doesn't have her aspio mage's suit in the list , now i will try the overlimit scripts, i also noticed that repeede still don't have some skills even after i use the all skills script , but maybe i did something wrong

Is there a way to make the all skills table customizeable? I'd like to add a couple of specific skills to certain party members (namely the Tension skills for Flynn/Repede), but I don't want to add all the skills to all the characters.

@zachillios your updates to the scripts are really effective and perfect , infact now spiral draco can use it's mystic arte without make the game crash , thanks , the old script for limitless overlimit duration meet an incompatibility with the mystic arte of spiral draco that is meant to suck up the overlimit mode guage , but now , thanks to your new script for limitless over limit mode, spiral draco can suck up that guage without any problem and the game don't risk to crash , and at the same time , the limitless over limit mode work flawlessly , you just need to reactivate it once the spiral draco deactive it , thanks again :D , and remember my suggestion about use the script to use all the artes freely ;) , come to think about it , that script is really necessary for each tale of game :o

Use zachillios ToV_Zv4.CT

Let's say you want to give Repedes dash skill to other characters. You look at Skills -> Repede

You can take each set of numbers in the value and 00 them. By doing so, a character will still have his skills showing on the skill menu, but it will have a learning bar on them. For example:

B6 2D 38 DB 83 0F EC FB 32 7C 80 6F 00 00 00 00 00 00 01 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 38 CC 12 54 00 00 00 00 04 00 00 00 00 00 00 00

The B6 in bold represents Strength and Strength 2. If you replace it with 00, so that

00 2D 38 DB 83 0F EC FB 32 7C 80 6F 00 00 00 00 00 00 01 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 38 CC 12 54 00 00 00 00 04 00 00 00 00 00 00 00

You'll have both Strength and Strength 2 showing up with a learning bar. With that in mind, you can just play around until you find the skill you want. In this case, the dash skill is that 2 on the bold 12:

B6 2D 38 DB 83 0F EC FB 32 7C 80 6F 00 00 00 00 00 00 01 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 38 CC 12 54 00 00 00 00 04 00 00 00 00 00 00 00

So you can take Estellise value for example:

B6 3E FD DB D2 A9 1B 3F 32 72 80 6F 00 00 00 09 58 06 E9 A0 03 00 00 80 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 20 07 11 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 40 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00

And on the same column (line up the values in notepad) add that 02.

B6 3E FD DB D2 A9 1B 3F 32 72 80 6F 00 00 00 09 58 06 E9 A0 03 00 00 80 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 02 00 00 00 00 20 07 11 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 40 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00

This will make Estellise have Repedes dash skill. Hope that's not too confusing.

Sometimes for example...

B2 26 FD DB E3 F9 E4 71 32 FE 51 0E 00 00 00 00 00 00 01 00 00 00 00 00 80 19 48 34 22 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 02 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 10 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00

In this case, that 19 was actually 3 skills and I just wanted one of them. So just tested different lower values until I got one for just that skill, which was 08 (Light Cast).

Anyway, it's an easy process, just takes some trial and error. Try to find the set of numbers that contain the skill you want and play around with the values to figure out the right one. I wanted to make a proper table for this but sadly I just don't have the time for that right now. It's also the kind of thing that's much easier when you already have a 100% save to work with.

@aflamingo VERY nice, that was exactly what I was looking for! I only have a couple of skill swaps in mind, so I don't mind testing one by one until I have the IDs to do it. Thanks a ton for that writeup, it was perfect!

I believe someone had asked for a code to always be ready to cook, as in party never full, not sure if anyone had gotten around to making one so just in case

Code: Select all

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<CheatTable>
  <CheatEntries>
    <CheatEntry>
      <ID>199</ID>
      <Description>"Always Ready To Cook - Lock this value to 0"</Description>
      <LastState Value="0" RealAddress="7FF7BC05C84C"/>
      <VariableType>Byte</VariableType>
      <Address>TOV_DE.exe+117C84C</Address>
    </CheatEntry>
  </CheatEntries>
</CheatTable>

and here's one for the number of meals patty has cooked for her sidequest, the one she needs 600 for

Code: Select all

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<CheatTable>
  <CheatEntries>
    <CheatEntry>
      <ID>200</ID>
      <Description>"Patty Cooked Meals"</Description>
      <LastState Value="600" RealAddress="7FF7BC081C40"/>
      <VariableType>2 Bytes</VariableType>
      <Address>TOV_DE.exe+11A1C40</Address>
    </CheatEntry>
  </CheatEntries>
</CheatTable>

Edit: Here's one to lock in the holy effect status, it will not have the graphic effect on, so while this is on the only way to trigger a fight
is to make direct contact with an enemy for several seconds

Code: Select all

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<CheatTable>
  <CheatEntries>
    <CheatEntry>
      <ID>3538</ID>
      <Description>"Holy Effect - Lock to 1"</Description>
      <DropDownList DisplayValueAsItem="1">0:Holy Effect Off
1:Holy Effect On
</DropDownList>
      <LastState Value="0" RealAddress="7FF7BCA027DC"/>
      <VariableType>4 Bytes</VariableType>
      <Address>TOV_DE.exe+1B227DC</Address>
    </CheatEntry>
  </CheatEntries>
</CheatTable>

edit 2: for those that prefer a file version, this attachment has the costume changes, cook whenever, cooking counts for all characters and the lock in the holy status for no encounters
