Simplified way how engine defines a Perk is "obj_Perk->obj_ChallengeToUnlock"
Since 1.11 ubi introduced Perks with tier 6 and 7, you can randomly loot weapon/armor with such perks.
The issue is that each such tier6/7 perk is defined with obj_ChallengeToUnlock=empty.
In other words, there is no challenge defined by system internals, no way to unlock by legit way.
Until ubi decides to expose these perks via challenges, use editor and copy such perks between items.
yep, i was thinking that. I was just curious if is it some way to unlock them by table. So what can i do for community, i collect as many 6/7 level perks possible and share them with you if anyone interested.
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
When I swap an item for a legendary I try to match Perk 1 of the dummy item with Perk 1 of the legendary item I'm swapping for, but after doing everything (and confirming it works with a reload), I go to upgrade the item and Perk 1 doesn't get upgraded (it shows the resulting upgrade but after upgrading I go to the inventory and Perk 1 is unchanged).
Am I doing something wrong?

Great news everyone !!! I find a way how to get level 6/7 perks. Its not that hard but long process of trying and discovering, but if you do everything right, nothing wrong can happens. You just never know which lvl.7 perk you discover, i make short tutorial soon !!!

Ah thats so bad i already start to work on it, and find for example 42% to all armmor or 21% damage with daggers
lol i found new perk which isnt in a game yet 24% percent speed for overpower attack
Waiting for that tutorial
i just ask myself, what will be better and faster. If make a tutorial or just post 6/7 level perks which i have or which i found. I thing i just realease them 24.12 like a small gift for all
