Made some options for ease of used compared to the build in cheats for V0.804

Table works perfectly, but in the late game energy / hull / shields values can be lacking. On 160 planets map I've exhausted 50 mil energy reserves at some point and had to destroy a lot of turrets and ships in the safer regions.

Hi Jade,

I could change energy to always be 5m more than your current consumption, so it goes up as your usage does and even if you have a big spike it shouldn't trigger a brownout.

Do you have any thoughts on how to improve hull/shield values apart from just throwing a bigger number at it?

Hull / shields values are fine actually - even in the end-game scenarios raising the fleet caps did the trick and brought victory, individual hull / shield was not as important. It's the sudden brownout that was a nasty surprise.

Sorry for the delay, I was waiting a couple of days thinking the games beta branch was going to finally merge and totally forgot to make this change.

I wound up taking the easy way out and instead of fiddling with max energy, I changed the option to lock your total energy consumption to 10k instead so you don't need to worry about the cap.

the game comes out in full release now, update new cheat ? even i know there is debug menu but it lock achievement.
