Tried this on steam with the hotfix 1.02 beta patch but not working, I can not get the console activated.
It is working on version
1.0.20828+2018-08-30.1255.
1. What version are you on? Open settings and see on top before 'Credits' button.
2. Are you able to activate both the cheats?
3. if you are getting error then post screenshot.
Also replace the dll again in case they overwrote it during update.

I update to the latest Hotfix 2 that released yesterday 1.0.20902+2018-09-03.1251 build 3088669. I replaced the dll after the update to make sure it uses that one but no luck. I can activate everything but the console. I get no error message

That is the update yes, it fixed a lot of issues. I hope you can get it to work at some point on these versions.
I was wondering is it not possible to enable the dev console without the use of CE ? There should be a way right as with most games.

That update has just gone live to everyone, i can confirm that the command pmt no longer works with this update.
I attempted to see if i could force it but sadly no avail. Any chance we could get an update Koderkrazy? I'm dying inside having to hire grossly unprofessional ponces haha.

Two.Point.Hospital.v1.0.20902.Update-SKIDROW.Torrent is broken. It's creating junk assembly-csharp.dll.

Just so you know, your trainer/console worked fine on Steam version even if you made it with a cracked version. So, I doub't you need both.

Steam version of Assembly-CSharp.dll doesn't work with skidrow(and vice-versa). That is why I put those changes in cheat table, that way it works with both.
All we have to do is update the AOB in cheat table. Any one who has knowledge of CE AOB scans, update the table and post it here.

I've modified the dlls for steam copy of Two Point Hospital v1.0.20902 .
These are for steam only. Won't work on skidrow.
1. Backup and replace 'Assembly-CSharp-firstpass.dll'
2. For Assembly-CSharp I've given 2 files, each with different changes, try these one by one.
a. Rename Assembly-CSharp.Patched.dll to Assembly-CSharp.dll. This should enable console without cheat engine. use backquote ` key.
b. For Assembly-CSharp.Patched_8.dll remove '.patched_8'. With this dll, console will enable using Backspace key. It'll be annoying but this is the smallest possible change.
These don't need CE.
Edit: Junkers80 confirmed Assembly-CSharp.Patched.dll works on steam. Thanks, Junkers80!

Hope these changes work. These don't need CE.
I can confirm the Tilde key opens the console on the Steam version without Cheat Engine.
I didn't test the backspace one as that's my push to talk key, plus I'd find it annoying anyways if it closes the console when I try to correct a typo.
