If you are looking for the health/stamina/item param editing here it is, its up to date, but don't go messing around iwth other params they have NOT been updated. Dash juice to Potion to Pills and Seeds are fixed you can use those: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=9923&p=97814#p97814

How to use this cheat table?
  1. Install Cheat Engine
  2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
  3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
  4. Keep the list.
  5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Do we need to manually bypass or is that built into the table?

PAram files require no bypass, as there is no checksum checking there. You can freely edit without crashes.

which one is the health param? i dont see that in Player Data (pl_param)

Look under the health header.

I'd like to see if we can get items up and running. Infinite Items and having All Items in the item box.

I'm getting a headache following all these conversations on what works and what doesn't. wouldn't it be simplier to create a 2ndary cheat sheet, which only has functional scripts, and then slowly add up from the old one to the new one, thus this way easily can see what we have so far and what we don't?

Okay so you can find access addresses, just set to page exceptions in settings for debugging instead of int3 or bp. It is horrifically slow.

Ive tried kernelmode with no luck, as well as ScyllaHide and x64dbg, which didn't pick up anything either..

If you want more info on SE, I can PM you details on how to set up scripts. But like you said, until we get the injection points its pretty useless.
