So I'm not sure if this is still needed, but I managed to find hunter rank points. Hope this helps you guys out.

- added a in-development script custom guest mod. read script's description for details.
///************************************************///

Works fine spawning them, but only Iris can ride the regalia.

Also Ardyn doesn't attack.

some notes:
1) the glaive of course works if you have created the glaive in comrades DLC, but in the main game the glaive joins you at the end during a quest. there is a flag that enables his appearence, so maybe to make it works you have to find that flag. this is the only way i think
2) cor has 2 models: young and old. The old one is used in insomnia, but we have not found yet a way to activate his old appearence for the cheat, we thought that maybe he works ike noctis/ignis/gladio, that when they went to insomnia they auto-change the model to the older one, but this is not the case, so there will be a sort of trigger to find for old cor
3) ravus working in the main game is impressive! on the ps4 he didn't worked on main game
4) Luna, Titan and gentiana is normal that they don't work. in the ps4 they don't work. maybe they will be added in future via DLC (they have announced them)...also, ardyn cannot combat but at least he follows you. change his weapon somethimes makes the game remove it from the party, but when you recamp, he comes back
5) Aranea has a second outfit, i think it is similar the old-cor situation, so we have to find out how to trigger it too

so i think the most important thing now is to find a way to make old cor, aranea alt and glaive works. glaive is invisible but can be healed and can attack. also glaive does not appear in the main menu, even in his quest. so for him the menu thing is normal

is it also possible to add the guests on the main party slot? for example remove ignis, prompto and gladio, and add aranea, cor and iris?
this would be an interesting experiment Cielos!

i don't think this works, because some outfits are modeled only for glaives, they have different parameters so if they are not already made both for noct and glaives, it won't work... at least not without a mod. BUT you can give your glaive the moogle costume, then add the glaive to party. but only after they solved the problem of the invisible glaive.

about the invisible glaive, maybe if you add the quest that makes the glaive spawn and enter your party, this will fix the issue?

some results to update:

0000000B:Glaive -> works but is invisible (need to activate his quest in someway or activate the flag to see him) but he does not appear in menu (and that's ok, even in his quest he does not appear)

00000004:Ardyn -> Works, items swappable, but cannot combat. only follows you

00000006:Cor -> Works - gear tech is locked

00000008:Umbra -> Works - gear tech is locked, does not appear in menu, does not combat but he follows you
00000009:Gentiana -> as titan: drowning noctis, does not appear in game

about the photos:
Cor, Iris, Aranea, Ardyn, Umbra appears in the photos.
Ravus appears but sometime is in T-pose (in the standalone photos)

i have not tested the glaive in the photos, maybe here he appears lol

all guests except iris cannot enter the regalia or the chocobo, they simply run behind you.
we need to find a way to activate the flag to see Old Cor and Alt Aranea, other than activate the glaive removing the invisibility

Got all outfits unlocked. I'm no good with creating tables, however. [Link]
How did you unlock them? I'm guessing the data is already in the game and you don't need to download the costume DLC?
It's in the game, but the game removes things you're not allowed to have (Sims 4 on steam version, Cup noodles) the way I added them. Perhaps if the wizard Squall/Drummer/Someone can take a look at it it'll work. The Sims 4 suit looks dumb af, though, lol.

While not being the way I added them, here are the item ID's for outfits

NOTE: I've excluded dlc outfits as they get removed when restarting if you haven't played through them. There are quite a bit more outfits that are just invisible, especially for Ignis and Prompto. Various Tundra outfits with goggles/mask on/off and various different glasses for Ignis. Again, you just turn invisible.

------
NOCTIS:
----
16933520:Kingly Raiment
17035142:Kingly Raiment (No Jacket)
16933521:Thermal Suit
17206819:King's Night Tee
17144322:Master Assassin's Robes
17144323:Master Assassin's Robes (Hooded)
17144324:Medjay Assassin's Robes
17144325:Medjay Assassin's Robes (Hooded)
17214035:Half-Life Costume
17214037:The Sims 4 Costume
---------------------------------------------

GLADIOLUS:
----
16933525:Thermal Suit
17144326:Medjay Assassin's Robes
---------------------------------------------

IGNIS:
----
17199683:Crownsguard Casual (Glasses) - Episode Ignis
17199684:Crownsguard Casual (No Glasses) - Episode Ignis
17065433:Thermal Suit
17144330:Medjay Assassin's Robes
---------------------------------------------

PROMPTO:
----
17065432:Thermal Suit
17144328:Medjay Assassin's Robes

---------------------------------------------

And just get Squall/Drummer/Someone on the right track, here are some bytes to get started:

Prince's Fatigues (if worn):
8E 62 02 01 2E 8C 01 01 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 4D 28 01 0B 01 00 00 00

Prince's Fatigues (if not worn):
8E 62 02 01 2E 8C 01 01 FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF 4D 28 01 0B 01 00 00 00

Just go down from there and you'll find all outfits (even more than I listed above).
This bit:
8E 62 02 01 <- Decides if you have it available.

This bit:
4D 28 01 0B 01 00 00 00 <- Name of item in the menu, gets reset when loading so use whatever. Bold: Also sets available. The 00 after you can change to 01 to show a highlight (!) next to the item.

*: Because many items you're not "supposed" to have or haven't unlocked look like this (Cup noodle outfit in this example):
F9 98 05 01 00 00 00 00 FF FF FF FF 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00

This is a Noctis outfit and you'll have to add his identifier as well as a name for it in the menu. So the one above becomes:
F9 98 05 01 2E 8C 01 01 FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF 4D 28 01 0B 01 00 00 00

First bold: Noctis
Second bold: Idk.
Italic: Name in menu
Italic underline: Sets it as available, same as F9 98 05 01 <- that, both need to be there.
Italic bold: Adds a highlight (!) to the item in the menu.

Here I used the name for the Prince's Fatigues. A quick save and reload (or restart idk) fixes it.

Update12.2
- updated custom guest mod. fixed a bug that disabling the script would crash the game on loading savegame or refreshing party members. it also allows you to remove a custom guest now. see script's description on this post for details.

this would be an interesting experiment Cielos!
of course it's possible.
I implemented the manipulation at where the party set-up is being read, right before it's about to determine whether the current game state (either the game state to be loaded from a savegame or game progress. e.g., the first time you meet Cor, and the first time you meet Iris) would have guest member or not by reading the corresponding table, and if so, what ID is it.
and literally right above this is the codes that would determine which characters would the party have in the current game state (again, either the game state to be loaded from a savegame or game progress. it's working on the same structure).
so, in theory I can do stuff there to load party members with other characters here.

but the problem is how would the game react to a custom party. like if there's a point where Gladiolus would speak up during a quest, but I've replace him with Iris. my guess is the game would stuck at that point. (as demonstrated when using the first version of this script, meeting Cor the first time and you've replaced any guest in your party with another character. Cor disappeared as a result, you can't talk to him and the game would stuck.)
but I have no solid prove and I'm lazy to build the script to test... and I'm about to play some more and see there's other things I want to cheat.

see, I made this script mainly because I've read in several places that saying this can't be done with CE, but only with the mod tools. while I would think it'd be much easier to implement a more sophisticated guest-swapping function with the mod tools, as, for one I don't need to do the reverse engineering if I don't want to, but using the mod tools the dev makes available for us instead. so, I was waiting for the mod tools to come out instead of building a script for it.
but proving these ppl wrong is much more fun than doing nothing while waiting for the mod tools, and at the same time I can enjoy the guest-swapping sooner as well, so...

anyway, as mentioned, the main-party-members-loadout read is right above the first injection point of the script. specifically starting at "ffxv_s.exe"+1667F14 is to prepare the first call to set-up the first party member.

Code: Select all

ffxv_s.exe+1667F14 - 41 B0 01              - mov r8l,01 { 1 }
ffxv_s.exe+1667F17 - 8B 93 28030000 - mov edx,[rbx+00000328]
ffxv_s.exe+1667F1D - 49 8D 8F 10072000 - lea rcx,[r15+00200710]
ffxv_s.exe+1667F24 - E8 F7DD10FF - call ffxv_s.exe+775D20
though you might want to back trace more first to gather more info about where does it look for the current state, what triggers it. and then we can freely add/remove any members of the party without save/reload...
but I digress.

so, have fun cheating~

Squalls table has a modifier for hunter stars. But similarly to your issue, you need to set the multiplier to a value that will not exceed the rank 10 cap on hunter stars (which is like 293?), so if you have a hunt that gives you 2 stars. Just set the multiplier to 100, you get 200 stars. That's how I capped out my rank on my save at least.
