OP already uploaded an infinite item cheat. If you can't use that for whatever reason the quantity of U-Materials is stored as a 2 Bytes value, the problem is that it changes where its stored every time you do something that decreases it or something, I've succeeded altering item quantities by going to the item menu, scanning for the quantity and then 'tossing' one unit of the item.
I do a search for a 2 byte value, just like the original game, but after I toss one unit, the new value never shows up
Downloaded this save file, got nothing inside when i open it, says it's either missing or damaged file.
Impossible (I just checked the file). Make sure you have winrar, winzip or 7-zip installed.
I've tried both WinRar and Winzip, always says file missing/damaged, even added downloaded rar file to exclude that save file.rar to Malwarebytes and my firewall program, but still can't open it. Could you plz email to me then ?

You have to be relatively quick about it. What I do is scan the value, click on Toss, click on the item again so the Use/Toss option shows up and then I tab out with Alt+TAB to CE, I do this so pressing Alt doesn't change the item category you are seeing.
Then I quickly search for the new value. It worked for me, don't see why it wouldn't work for you. Mind you it's not 100% reliable but just try a few times.

Would it be possible to split up the minumum item count from the infinite use section? It makes it iffy once you max out a stack and have to disable it to make room again
