Do you have EAC Service/Driver installed (by another game)?

There was some Free Weekend thing for Ghost Recon that has broken a lot of peoples ability to use CE.
If you do have the EAC thing then there should be an uninstall script in the games directory, run that then restart your system.

But it's still working fine for me.

How to use this cheat table?
  1. Install Cheat Engine
  2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
  3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
  4. Keep the list.
  5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Prior to the forum rollback, there was the talk of scripts not running, and errors being thrown with regard to the playerhook. I had mentioned the issue had started after I installed the Ghost Recon Free weekend game, I can confirm after removing the EasyAntiCheat which came with the game, that the MGS5 table did, in fact, start working again. Removing Ghost Recon Wildlands from steam is not enough, EasyAntiCheat is installed as a system driver, fortunately, there is a provided tool in the game install directory to remove this. From the games root install directory, simply go to the EasyAntiCheat directory and run removeeac.cmd (or something along those lines) script. Poof, problems are gone, and you can now safely remove Ghost Recon Wildlands (or not) and continue to play MGS5 with CE.

See if it's installed first.

EDIT:
It sounds like there was an update that adds the EAC driver to the system.

That is what you where trying to do before even checking if it was there, all I told you to do was check if it's installed.

LMAO, that's a real nice view of your common directory, but what about what's inside the "Wildlands" folder.

EDIT:
It may be in a "tools" or "bin" sub-folder of the "wildlands" folder.

But what I really think you should do is check if it's installed, just list the installed drivers in a windows command prompt with this command. Your just looking for any thing with EAC or Easy Anti Cheat, but you can PM me the list if you want; I wouldn't post mine.

Code: Select all

driverquery
You should see a print out like this:

Note: Right click in the CMD window to paste.

Yeah so I'm not seeing any thing that looks like EAC. I'm really stumped at this point, it's working for me. Not really sure why it wouldn't be working for you. Have you tried "verify integrity of game files", if not try that and see if it helps.
