How to use this cheat table?
  1. Install Cheat Engine
  2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
  3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
  4. Keep the list.
  5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Not sure my investment portfolio doesn't list the table as high or low. HA!

Really, no idea; but it has been speculated. Some have been banned and others not.

Prior to the forum rollback, there was the talk of scripts not running, and errors being thrown with regard to the playerhook. I had mentioned the issue had started after I installed the Ghost Recon Free weekend game, I can confirm after removing the EasyAntiCheat which came with the game, that the MGS5 table did, in fact, start working again. Removing Ghost Recon Wildlands from steam is not enough, EasyAntiCheat is installed as a system driver, fortunately, there is a provided tool in the game install directory to remove this. From the games root install directory, simply go to the EasyAntiCheat directory and run removeeac.cmd (or something along those lines) script. Poof, problems are gone, and you can now safely remove Ghost Recon Wildlands (or not) and continue to play MGS5 with CE.

It was working but stopped. Started getting Error with "PlayerHook.CEA", AOB pattern not found: "48xxxxxx48xxxxxx48xxxxxx41xxxx4Cxxxxxx4Bxxxxxx"

Was great while it lasted though.

Do you have EAC Service/Driver installed (by another game)?

EDIT:
There was some Free Weekend thing for Ghost Recon that has broken a lot of peoples ability to use CE.
If you do have the EAC thing then there should be an uninstall script in the games directory, run that then restart your system.

But it's still working fine for me.

So the spot for this is where I hook mission stats, I can add a flag to stop recording all stats. But I think this will have issues else where. But there is a pointer in the scripted pointers for the kills count, so just set/freeze it at zero while on a mission. Just enter the Map Menu to populate the pointers if they aren't already.
