Okami HD Steam Version

Post by Icirian »

OKAMI is Finally on Steam now! Yeah!!

Naturally the first thing I did was to find cheats for the game.
For those who have played the game before would know, the game came with a "cheat item" - string of beads.

Since this is a ported game from PS2, all the address for items are static. So is the address for string of beads.

With the following table, you should be able to use the item during your first play through, which should reduce the difficulty for the game significantly!

Enjoy

*Note, the table had only been tested on my system, which i don't yet know if the address is the same for other machine or not.
If they are not, just find the static address for Money (for example) and do addition with the address value, it should lead you to the right location.

The table had been updated. All tool can be searched with Byte value, DO NOT USE 4 BYTE!!!

How to use this cheat table?
  1. Install Cheat Engine
  2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
  3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
  4. Keep the list.
  5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

The table had been updated, I've realized that i used address instead of pointers for many of the items... It should be working now.

So apparently the pointers for items (tools, equipment, fishes, and treasures) are simply

main.dll+B20XXX

where XXX is a 3 digit identifier.

The values are Byte, and it seems the max number of tools is capped at 99.
