BTW has anybody figured out infinite status duration for the talismans and weapon buffs ?

How to use this cheat table?
  1. Install Cheat Engine
  2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
  3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
  4. Keep the list.
  5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

It's more of a win for PS4 players. The only public save editor locked out hex editing access from the game because people were cheating online. So if Pascal graces us with a save editor, I'm sure the ps4 userbase would be very thankful. On our end however, we could easily edit prestige skills to an insane amount through hex editing. We could also buff ninjustsu and magic to a pretty grossly overpowered point, max our spirits to level 150 and break the cap, etc. If enough people would like that, I can do a guide for it.
Would it be possible to directly edit skill points through a hex editor? I'm in dire need of that.

Could someone please elaborate on HOW to use the character "skins" scripts -- in order to apply / change them in-game...?

(thanks)
This is the address of your character skin:

Code: Select all

nioh.exe+222F928
This is a list of most available skins:

Code: Select all

100:William
152:Hattori Hanzo
177:Tokugawa Ieyasu
24:Ii Naomasa
219:Torii Mototada
190:Edward Kelley
68:Ishida Mitsunari
198:Otani Yoshitsugu
167:Obsidian Samurai
53:Oda Nobunaga
170:Kuroda Nagamasa
25:Tachibana Muneshige
45:Kobayakawa Hideaki
113:Sanada Yukimura
169:Date Masamune
23:Marume Nagayoshi
204:Revenant
156:Tachibana Ginchiyo
12:Okatsu
62:Fuku
243:Maria
97:Senji Tome
200:Sarutobi Sasuke
By default the address value will be 100 if you are playing as William, change the value (no need to freeze) and load a mission to see changes. If you make the appearance change whilst already on a mission, you will need to pray at a shrine or suicide to update changes

If some people would upload a few of their their save files I could look into how they might be transfered between steam accounts. If you upload a save don't forget to mention your region and game version. Some PS4 saves files would be nice to have as well if the tool actually works on those.
Here's two save files from two separate steam accounts (on the same PC) v1.21.02, UK

[Link]
[Link]
Are those fresh save files without anything completed? If that's the case then I managed to launch them.
One is NG+, one is the first mission. So no neither are completely fresh unless I fudged up and uploaded the first mission file twice.

EDIT: I double checked, one is definitely a NG+ save so no they aren't both fresh.

I figured out how to easily modify Inheritable Effects and Permanent Effects without having to use that Blacksmithing script which only removes all locked effects.....
Where do you get all the weapon effect IDs to make that sword?
I just kept reforging using Umbracite and Quality Umbracite but you can use this list [Link] or [Link] to specify the Effect ID of your reforge in conjunction with the Blacksmithing scripts.

Are you on game version 1.21.02 using a Cheat Engine Table specifically for that version? Have you tried having Cheat Engine and the Table open *before* launching Nioh? Can you upload a screenshot of what your table looks like when Nioh.exe is hooked and you're on the main menu with some of the submenus open?
Thank you for your concern , it's very kind of you.

I'm playing on 1.21.02 and tried using both cheat table version Nioh 1.21.01U5 and Nioh-1.21.02U2.
Yes I've tried opening before launching , at main menu before loading my save file and even at the map screen.
The only cheat I actually care are the script for infinite stuff (working , already used) and the equipment editor that does not work for me , and eventually maybe the blacksmith function (didn't tested this one yet to see if it works.
Here are the 8 images I've uploaded , you can see on some of the last pictures that I can't select the "Last item selected" and "Last Equipment selected"
[Link]
There's something definitely wrong with your table, all of your Proficencies shouldn't be the same (unless you set them to that value for some reason). I think someone else had a similar issue and it was to do with their table version but as you already said you have checked to make sure it's correct. You can try using my table to see if it helps for v1.21.02. Maybe the post a bit further up by Waduk may also help. I've also heard using the launcher and not nioh.exe might also help but I might have been imagining it, still worth a try. Last Item selected doesn't work during missions.

Is it possible to add Effect from Armor sets that's not available on dropdown list? Example, in Yagyu's sets, it give "Extend Parry Opening".
You could try just reforging the Yagyu's Shinkage Style Set Effect on to two pieces of gear (three if not using Yasakani Magatama). [Link]

But that effect is nowhere to be found on the dropdown list.
And since the effects is not on slot, i can't copy paste it to another armor.
Search for it on the effect list (pastebin), it should be possible since the Hayabusa Truth bonus can be shoved on anything.

Would you happen to know what ID for the +20% close combat is? the list does not have it.

Apparently, certain regional "versions" have different memory allocations, so some scripts might not work. This was the case for me, although I should have the standard european version.
I don't want to be too much of a bother but you seem to know about this stuff. I need to edit my ninja skill values (got too many like I posted before) but they're protected. I searched around and saw that Pascal's table had something related to unprotecting them but I couldn't figure out how to do it. Do you know of a way to edit skills or can tell me which direction I should go?
That table is for version 1.21.01, so outdated; technically you should have been able to edit them, but since it's outdated I can't even try to figure it out. Nor do I know how to do the advanced scripting; I'm too vanilla for that.

That's because +20% is AFTER you get max affinity; base stat should be +15% or something.

Can someone modify the infinite forging materials option to not include the key items please, because of that my game keeps crashing whenever I've that particular option on.
Just modify the item quantities yourself; you'll never use more than 9000 smithing materials in one go, you don't need "infinite" anything.

Add Unlimited Onmyo/Unlimited Ninjutsu with 100% to a trinket instead.

Code: Select all

4C EA 00 00 E8 03 00 00 20 82 00 00 10 27 00 00 00 00 00 00
CE 5C 00 00 E8 03 00 00 12 25 00 00 32 25 00 00 00 00 00 00
EDIT: bloody hell alot of people asking questions without reading the thread first.
-To the guy that has problems with infinite items: DON'T USE IT. Edit a trinket for 60k Luck, Item and Equipment Droprate; done, no errors or problems ever.

Code: Select all

0E 3B 00 00 FF F0 00 00 F3 FE 00 00 10 27 00 00 00 00 00 00
86 30 00 00 E8 F3 00 00 B7 92 00 00 32 0F 00 00 00 00 00 00
58 B3 00 00 E8 F3 00 00 26 09 00 00 6B 14 00 00 00 00 00 00
-To the guy that can't run scripts and who's tables all show crap values: find another table for your version of the game, don't expect anything to work, make do and assemble one yourself (copy/paste values that work into a new table and save it).
-To the guy asking about effect IDs, read the previous posts, there's bound to be either a link to a big list, or byte arrays with certain effects.

EDIT2: and here's another tip for people without common sense: ALWAYS MAKE BACKUPS BEFORE USING NEW SCRIPTS, there is no QA, no customer support, no money-back guarantee, no nothing; you're editing raw memory in the RAM, if you screw up that's all on you. That is all.

Yeah that is very strange, I've personally not had much luck with Pascals table (just simply not working) but it never crashed anything before.
The problem seems to be avoided by using windowed mode. The crash happened when tabbing between CE and the game in fullscreen mode, although I don't typically have a problem with that, but both crashes happened specifically while doing that.
