ECHO +2 (table update1)

made some scripts for ECHO.

Update(s):

update1
- changed inf. ammo to ignore Cells.
- added movement speed multiplier.

Options:
ignore Cells
- you can fire the gun with zero Cell.
- you can jump down from any height with zero Cell.
- not tested on other actions that require more Cells yet. will add support when I'm there.

movement speed multiplier
- allows you to hold a mod key to change the movement speed.
- CapsLock key default: x0.5, effectively a walk key.
- Shift key default: x2, effectively a sprint key.
- note that I've changed the game default walk key from Shift to Alt. you should do so if you want this script to work properly.

if YS VIII wasn't delay, I may have skipped this game as well. at least not until I finished cheating YS VIII that is...

Thanks a lot! but when i run in fast speeds my doppelgangers in the game run with same speed too LOL! also is it possible to have godmode?
