I tried to add it in that table of yours.

I have copied and pasted without problems. It's very strange if you can not do the same.
Here's the new table with a new script

Actually the script can be used with both versions. I'm a bit lazy to test it with Doom 3 RoE. Copy that script to the expansion table, don't need to create a new one

Really? Then Why are there 2 different tables? One for Doom 3 and one for the expansion? If they're the same?

Some of the scripts may work with both but many of them won't work. The two version may share a part of the code but not all.

I got it. Because in the expansion the items are all the same. Nothing new.
