Hi everyone.

I have successfully edited Recifense's original script so that it will now work with "Sins of a Solar Empire - Rebellion" v1.041.4461. Everything but quick level-up is working, so currently only quick level-up is not included. I've confirmed that the cheats work, but if you notice something strange or get catastrophic results, please let me know.

I didn't really do anything except tweak a few address values. Recifense did all the work. At best I can only take 1% of the credit. So redirect all fellating to him.
