To work this you have to select the province of the person you wish to mod, where as the selected id is the currently open encyclopedia (if you click the pic of your character in the top left corner that enters what I call the encyclopedia.) They appeared to randomly fail in about 1-10 uses for me but after doing some things in game they work again. BTW Selected ID is for using in game cheats without opening saves.
How to use this cheat table?
- Install Cheat Engine
- Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
- Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
- Keep the list.
- Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
