Light of Altair (GM and More)

Hi guys,

Here is my contribution for "Light of Altair". The table contains a script with the following features:

- Infinite health;
- Unlimited Credit;
- Instant Colony Population; (Just focus on the colony to activate it)
- Unlimited Ammo;
- Fleet Fast Travel; (you have to click on the fleet icon to activate it)

All features are anabled by default. For disabling any of them, just change its value to 0.

It is for CE 5.5
