Dead Pixels (Steam V1.3.13)

Hi party people,

here's another O L D (duh!) table for a nice, little indie game called "Dead Pixels". It was one of my first tables, so it isn't perfect, but it works.

It includes four scripts:
-No ammo substraction (= infinite ammo)
-No health substraction (= god mode)
-Money pickups add way more money (than usual)
-Endless items (items won't decrease)
