Thanks to the work of makotech222 and aditaja over on the requests thread for this game I was able to get an updated and expanded table started for FE 1.3 (still on sale on steam this week).
Currently supports all major resources (minus research), points used at the start to assign powers to your sovereign character, movement (value listed times 8 ) and xp (must change both values) for the selected character/army, and allows selected city to rush as many times per turn as you want.
