This table should work for latest steam version at the time of writing this post. v1.0 i suppose.

Max Level

What max level does is upgrade your turrets or basically anything that you can with U button to maximum level. To see it take effect, just select the upgrade tool and hover it over turret/any item and it should be upgraded to maximum level.
