I was able to do everything, like money and skill points with a few searches. They're in the 32-bit range, so they're not hard to find at all.
The one thing I did have trouble with was battery, so I made a script for it.
Simple 2 minute script. Includes IDA notes if you want to find it yourself.
It was pretty easy to dump Disrupt_b64.dll, I just used Explorer Suite, and dumped the PE from memory. All packers have a major fault, in-execution memory dumps. Because the module can't be decrypted in memory, it'll be useless to the processor then.

How to use this cheat table?
- Install Cheat Engine
- Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
- Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
- Keep the list.
- Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
