Overcharge Health (Keeps at 9999)
Freeze Armor (keeps at max armor)
Overcharge Armor (Keeps at 9999)
Freeze Clip
Freeze Ammo
Change Perks (change value to 1 from 0 to gain that perk, effects may only take place AFTER a transition change.
