Here's a table I made for Empire Earth (from GOG.com).
This is NOT and AOB table, so it won't work with any other version.
If it does not enable, you don't have the same binary - and you're on your own.

The table includes:
- Resource hack (with a configurable amount)
- Infinite health (units that receive damage higher than their health with still die).
- Instant build (build only, not unit upgrades).

All options should be player-only; it was not tested extensively though.
