Your nitrous will keep always full.
Infinite Speedbreaker:
Your speedbreaker will keep always full.
Ghost Car:
You won't hit cars and objects anymore. Note that this does not include walls.
Fixed Speed:
Your speed will increase and keep until deactivated.
You can edit it in script, just change the default value (300.0) to another.
Specially useful to win canyon duel races faster by overtaking opponent.
Money:
Change your money to any value.

How to use this cheat table?
