Somebody requested this for the Origin version and I happened to have it due to a giveaway, so I fiddled with it for a day.
I haven't been able to figure out the timer for doomsday weapons or anything with a left-hand menu though.
Mainly tested with the Allies 'cause I'm lazy.
EDIT: Updated the infinite command points to not crash on some systems. Also added fast command points and option unlocks for Allies.
For some reason I can't seem to find deploy/unpack timers for the soviets or asians, nor can I find timers for doomsday weapons...
