I made a Millennia Cheat Plugin, to provide some cheat.

Need BepInEx5 to run.

Every option togglable by config file.
If you want a GUI in game to change plugin config rather than config file, use BepInEx.ConfigurationManager.

They are easy to use, only needs to download and put into correct folder under your game installation folder.

Options:
Max Resources (may display as negative value, don't mind, it's positive infinite)
Powers No Cooldown
Shift Click Instant Research
Army Infinite Action (Armies can move and act infinitely)
Mega Project And Expedition Always Success

How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
