Cheats in table:
- Materials never go down just up
- Energy never go down just up
* you have to place at least one building then activate and wait for it (AOB scan take some time) or play 1 turn then activate and wait
*every turn game reset energy, don't know why but you still can place buildings and it rise
* values can be found very easy 4 bytes, place building look for new value you will got four addresses.3 of them are close in addresses and one left is one you need to change.place new building and you will see change.
*not sure if this do same thing for enemy, I'm still learning and searching for new cheats
*don't know if this work for other versions of this game
* all values are in 4 byte
* if you want city to have 1000M you can search for number you see before M in city view ( 127M people= search 127) and search new value after 1 turn
*research can be found same as people in city but even if you freez value research will take turns as before
*even you have billions of energy you still need to connect buildings to solar or nuclear plant
