How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
To get the premium features, is it a one-time payment or do we have to subscribe every month on Patreon?
you can get it with one time payment but if there is an update you gotta sub again unless you dont update your game then the premium table should work fine forever (as far as i know)

This represents attributes in general, which range from 1 to 20 in-game, but you can temporarily increase it up to 25 for boosters. Set false if you want to keep player's original.

Maybe you're using the built-in zip program and ideally, you want to use 7-zip as that supports more compression types and I'm 100% it will solve your problem.
Worth retrying to download the file in case the download didn't complete and corrupted the file. I've downloaded the file from here just now and can confirm it works from my end.
Worth checking to see if your system files are corrupt by press windows key then entering cmd into the search box and on the right pick 'run as admistrator' and paste in sfc /scannow to scan your files. There is more on this here: [Link]
