How to use this cheat table?
  1. Install Cheat Engine
  2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
  3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
  4. Keep the list.
  5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Has anyone encountered the issue I've encountered? Anyone know of a good fix for it or what values can unfreeze items stuck at a certain number? I would like to unfreeze some items that seem to be stuck on static numbers. Thank you.

Would it be possible to add the ability to edit specific stat values for specific party members?
(Or is that already in there somewhere and I'm just not seeing it?)

I don't know if this has been asked before, but is it possible to make enemies harder to break? And to disable Auto Heal when leveling up or using the heal save points?

Already beat the game but I was pretty disappointed without how easy it was despite playing on Universe (in the last half anyway). Was thinking of doing another playthrough without redeeming any of the mission rewards, reducing exp gains and disabling sphere gains to go for an authentic, original Star Ocean run to try and keep the difficulty.

I made a script in a beginner's way to increase the effectiveness of Hasten Speech.
At level 10, the effect is 90%, the default is 30%.

I do feel the same, the game is pretty easy overall, and ng+ is even worse.
My advice: put all the characters to level 1, put their stats at 1 with stat editor, use only standard equipment, and divide exp with exp editor, you’ll have the challenge you need. Everything is already in the (awesome) cheat table, that’s the best solution I can think of :)

It's already in there, look under Equipment > Character Data Modifier (remember to update to the Nov 12th version if you haven't already)

Thanks, I'll check again. That section kinda confuses me so I probably just didn't understand how to do it.

EDIT: Yeah, I looked again and I'm still confused.
I click into it and it says to select the target character in the Equipment screen, which I do, and then there's a line that just says
"Pointer->CharacP->[String]" (the string changing based on the character in question), but nothing else I can edit. Is my table messed up somehow, or am I doing something wrong?

You can already get any item you want to drop with the drop item modifier in combination with 100% item drop rate under the result tab of the cheat table. Just click on item ID on the right and a drop down menu pops up and then just pick the item you want to drop. Then fight a battles and the item will drop every fight. Just turn the drop item modifier code off when you got enough of the items. Item drops will then return to normal.

I think the data for the other Combat Abilities is also available at a nearby address and can be modified.
For example, Guardbreak and Power Burst are activated at 25% at level 10, if quadruple this value, they would be activated 100% of the time.

does the no friendship loss script work for contraband, too? Or just pickpocket? If it doesn't work for contraband, can we get one that does?
