While I know this game is really only for Japanese players, there is a preliminary English patch for story and NPC dialogue. UI is still in Japanese, but you can use a phone to translate some of that.
So, I think this game won't have that many players in the west for sure and I don't think there is that many playing it on PC at the moment, but I'm a big Dragon Quest fan. I never was able to play X until now.

How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
Perfect Item Bashing (Forge Equipment)
Forge Temp Never Decrease
Always Drop Options (Either Rare or Common)
always super high tension
Reincarnated monster appears

Hi DrummerIX! You might not remember me, but I had posted a few things on your threads for your DQXI and DQXI-S tables quite a while back.
You have no idea how delighted I am to find this one as well ^.^
As you might have seen, I am working on the translation patch alongside dqxdude and the other team members. There have been a handful of updates since the initial release and the UI is (mostly) translated now, along with many other improvements. Interest in the title also seems to be picking up a bit overall.
Anyhow, this table might really come in handy for testing at some point. If there's anything that can be added, I'll forward it to you here. (Assuming it's something more suitable as part of a Cheat Table than a standalone .pak mod)
