I couldn't find a table for it, so here is my attempt at one
This is only for coins, please make sure you follow the instructions below!
1) Get your shovel, dig, wash, go to the Jewellery shop and get a coin that has a value of at least $3,
2) Go to the merchant and drop the coin to the bucket,
3) Activate the script,
4) Buy a brush for $2.
You now have a fixed amount of ~ $18K that never goes down.

Uploading an updated version of the table.
1) Gives you the ability to freeze the time of the day (default 11 in the morning).
2) Gives you the ability to adjust Player speed, shamelessly borrowed from Zanzer, all credits go to him.
Regarding point 2, if adding that to the table is an issue happy to remove it.

I realised that some times when you enable the time freeze, player cannot jump anymore, or the placement of various equipment is not aligning properly until you reload the game. Looking into it...
How to use this cheat table?
- Install Cheat Engine
- Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
- Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
- Keep the list.
- Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
