I can confirm this (also using WinGit and latest versions). I never could figure out what caused until this post, but it definitely does.

Yay, more versions to test each update. Screw you aika.
Drawn is split into Daunaume(D), Keriax(K) and Wonderfuller(W). Table still works for all of them.

Changes:
- Fixed order of Skills in showme me, renamed squat -> relax as in changelog
- Added Game options, removed character windows selection, as they are now in different download versions. (pointer is there, but doesnt do anything)

Instruction:
The AOB table and the Patreon Only version should work for all Interpreters.
The Gargoyle AOB is only for the Gargoyle Interpreter, but it features every single "showme" pointer group that the other 2 don't have.

Follow the Instruction in Red above the script, or it won't work. Also use the latest CE version.

Was able to reproduce. Only in WinGit.
Workaround would be to "purloin" any item you want to buy from the shopkeeper. Use the patreon curse/bless options to get basicly the same item.
Since I already was not able to find a workaround for the full showme list in WinGit, theres not much I can do about that glitch/bug/error. *shrug*
If someone finds a working AOB / Workaround AOB then I can build a table specifically for wingit.

So I seem to be having the same problem as slitherhence; Using CE 6.7, 1.7 tables and the 170930 Porn version on Gargoyle. Boot up the game, load the table, click Activation, hangs for a bit and nothing happens. I used the values you gave out:

Yeah, so basically you may or may not be able to use the old tables for a new version because the aob location can change based on what Aika changes in the code. Seeing as how this update is supposed to bring in changes to the system, it's very likely that the aob is different now, so wait for 1.8.

This update not only broke 2 AOB's, it rearranged almost all showme me value positions and the other showme groups.
Also I was on vacation, so sorry for the late update.
I hope Aika is done with adding/changing options everywhere, so the table can survive multiple updates.

Changes:
- Newest Patreon Debug Code, thanks to jjfly12 (<3)
- Showme me is now structured in groups.
- Some options moved to their specific showme groups (Hair, Lips, SquirtTimer,..) [Not by me, this was done in the gamefile]
- A few showme groups got the Urine coating pointer

Skipped the 5.0 version, because the hotfix came out just a few hours later.
"Major" update to the game is basicly just a few additions and fixes. Not sure why aika bumped the version number. (ignore the irony of the incoming 2.0 for the table, thats just because of lazyness :P)
Oh, and also the bag where you hold your stuff in, destroys them randomly now too. Fun.

Changes:
- A few counter pointer
- Magic Power pointer
- Counter pointer now have their own group in the showme me group

Instruction:

Not sure if I'm doing something wrong, I'm using the gargole version, and I've got ti set to instant, but the patreon unlocker isn't working. I've got it set to on, but the game says I'm not a patreon.

Also, Some of the options are showing crazy numbers. Same with the AOB patreon only version

I waited for a new update from Aika, since he posted his "open source" github of Trap Quest.
I was hoping the next post would either be completely open source or a change of terms. Sadly it did not came.
So I will stop updating the cheat engine table for this reason.

As 2 poster on /hgg put it nicely:
Also it's not open source if the source isn't actually open.
The source comprehends everything in the current version of a program's code. This includes everything necessary to make the program run as it should be when compiled by a third person as if it was compiled by the original writer.
Since the original author is withholding assets from the source code the source code is not public, and therefore remains a propietary software.
Not only that, but as adressed by >>142119 he's gaining the ownership of every single comunity change made to the code.
In retrospect Trap Quest at the moment is less of an open source than fucking Skyrim. And there is something seriously wrong with you when the bone you're trying to give to your community is making Todd Howard look like a person that genuenly cares about the modding community.
I have no problem with people trying to earn some shekels out of other people's boners, even though I think some times it can be a little scummy.
I do have a problem when you are a lazy fuck that doesn't even want to write the code you're profiting with, and I do have a problem when you're so pandering that you make your code semi-closed source and yet retain your original business model.
If you want to keep the code for yourself it's fine, there's nothing wrong with a closed source program. But if you want people to mod your game before it is even finished, and you want to make it an open source project so people may contribute to it as a whole, actually fucking do it.
If someone wants to continue, be my guest. I commented every script, so it should be easy to figure out.
It is the community table after all, I was just currently maintaining it.

Unless aika changes the current state, I hope this game vanishes and his source of income dies.

FWIW i dont think he ever had intentions of making it Open Source so faulting him for that is kinda pointless. He just made the code Public so people can browse through it, maybe help him bugtest and improve the engine, or create/submit content(which he then owns... no different than CoC/TiTs authors and the like) which is not the same as Open Source.
Also bleh, new version breaks everything, cant even activate.
