How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Ok, from your comment, I'm guessing you have ZERO idea how cheat engine scripts work. My scripts only pull the pointers for the last moved entity. They don't do anything to affect anyone.
When dealing with pointers, here's a little tip: DO NOT FREEZE THE VALUES
Between turns, the script will pull the pointer for the last moving entity which would be the enemy PLUS THERE IS NO REASON TO FREEZE THE VALUES.
If you set the Max Energy, Max Health, and Base stats to high numbers, they stay the same between turns without the need to freeze them.
